If you are certain you want to be a non-smoker I can work with you to give up for good.
In the first session we will talk about when you started, why you started, how you smoke, why you want to stop and how quickly, we will not start the work of making you a non-smoker until your second and future sessions.
For some there are many triggers for smoking and our work together will eliminate them one by one.
I don’t promise to relieve you of your habit in one session, some people need more than that to drop the habit for good, I can promise that if this is something you really want to do, I can show you the way to becoming a non-smoker using hypnosis.
A heavy smoker with a 60-a-day habit wanted to quit for health reasons, over six sessions we got to a point where he felt confident about being a non-smoker. Nearly one year on he is still living without cigarettes.
If you are not 100% committed to changing nobody can make you, anyone claiming they can make you quit in one session cannot make that guarantee, it may work in the short term (possibly until you saved as much as you spent in that very expensive single session), but you will probably revert back to smoking if you really identify yourself as a smoker.
